The latest issue of The Tax Lawyer (published by the American Bar Association) arrived today: the Spring, 2003 edition. In it is an article entitled “Foreign Investors in RICs and REITs”, by Robert J. Staffaroni. Go look at page 563, footnote 319. My REIT paper, “Who are Direct and Indirect Shareholders of a Domestically-Controlled REIT?” is cited, at this website! That’s the good news.
