Rip Van Winkle Awakes
Just a note here to say that the FIRPTA.com blog is reawakening after a long nap. Sorry I've been gone. But I've been good -- speaking and doing deals. Anyway, bookmark the site or subscribe to the RSS feed. I will be reposting, starting tomorrow.
The website is in the process of a redesign. It has been ported to Drupal because of the expansion plans for this site, and I think Drupal will handle those plans better than WordPress would have.
The site is aimed at a specific nice: nonresidents of the United States who buy U. S. real estate. These type of clients constitute the majority of my practice. I handle real estate deals all over the country.
Right now because of the bad real estate market we are restructuring real estate holdings to get rid of old (and bad) corporate holding structures in favor of more tax-efficient ways of owning real estate. But more on this later.
You will notice a lot of stuff moving around over the next couple of weeks. Bear with me.

The pages of websites can usually be accessed from a common root URL called the homepage, and usually reside on the same physical server.
I have a similar page but with the present problems in the real estate market and the problems that our economy has I think that I will need a new job soon.
